Machine Characteristics

1.Automatic crimping machine realizes the functions of continuous automatic processing of wire stripping,cutting,tying,double-end threading and single-end threading.

2.Suitable for coaxial lines, sheathed wires, electrical wires, PVC wires,  new energy cables, fiberglass wires, BV hard wires, BVR soft wires, independent twisted wires, flat sheathed wires, high-temperature wires, multi-core cables, electrical control cabinets, battery box wires, new energy wires.
3.The machine adopts a modular design,and the wire feeding device,end punching device,knife holder device,bolt threading device,rear stripping device,and wire take-up device can be disassembled independently and quickly,which is convenient and fast for maintenance.
4.The stripping length,cutting length,bolt threading speed and terminal crimping speed of the wire can be adjusted on the touch screen.
5.The machine is equipped with optical fiber induction detection to detect the existence of wires and terminal crimping,so as to improve the yield of products.
